2012 Year End Tax Planning

Year-end tax planning is usually a challenge when Congress leaves things up in the air until the last minute. This year is a little different because it looks like they may not enact any new legislation at all. There are several tax issues due to expire at the end of this year but we at least have some certainty about 2012.
